Claudette loves Stillwater, and she loves to tell people all of the reasons Stillwater is the best place in the world to live.

Claudette has been a REALTOR with several real estate companies in Stillwater and started Grindstaff Realty Group in November of 2002. She brought together some of the most respected and experienced REALTORS in the market, including the company's namesake, Kendall Grindstaff. Then in 2009 she merged with CStar Property Management and changed the company name to CStar Real Estate.

Claudette is 2005 President of the Stillwater Board of REALTORS, and currently serves as chairperson for the Legislative Committee and the  Habitat for Humanity Committee. The Habitat Committee is currently launching a program to donate an entire home to Habitat for Humanity. She is an active member of the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS, where she serves on the Legislative and Political Affairs Committee, the Programs Committee,  and the Grievence Committee. She is a Graduate of the LeadershipOAR class of 2007, and a member of the National Association of REALTORS.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Stillwater Group Homes, she was President in 2003-2004, and also the Saville Center.

She is member of Stillwater Chamber of Commerce, Stillwater Home Builders Association, and Forward Stillwater.
