Lynsey graduated early from Stillwater High School in December 1998. She went on to graduate from Oklahoma State in 2003 with a Marketing degree. During college she pursued a Mary Kay career and succeeded when she hit directorship, earning a free Mary Kay car! After college she moved to Colorado Springs where she transitioned her Mary Kay career into a real estate career. With her passion for sells, Lynsey moved to Dallas in late 2004 and worked for Re/Max Premier. She achieved the million dollar club award her first year. She met her husband, Justin Kushera, in Dallas and they returned to her home town in 2006 where she joined CStar Management. She had an easy move into property management and still loves it very much but missed her love of real estate. Joining the CStar Real Estate team only makes her bond with the CStar family that much stronger! Lynsey takes a passionate and serious approach to buying and selling real estate. She is committed to providing her clients with the best real estate service available. Lynsey grew up in Stillwater where her parents still live, Pat and Susie Welch. She is a member of St. John’s Catholic Church. She and her husband have enjoyed coaching little league soccer. Some of her interests are movies, traveling, scuba diving, reading, zumba, kickboxing and OSU sports. Her family is very important to her and she enjoys her time with them!
